I had stated before that our very first baby, Pippa the cat, wasn't doing so well with adjusting and accepting her human brother. She would often run and hide whenever he would cry, which was often, and made it very clear by marking her territory that she was the one on top. Despite this it was very apparent that she felt slighted and unsure of her place in the family. You could usually find her hiding behind the TV cabinet but more often than not she would be lying in her laundry basket. That seemed to be the one place she felt was still hers.

The Holidays of 2013 - Christmas Pictures
For Christmas 2013 my sister-in-law had a great idea to take Christmas pictures of our kids and give them to their grandparents for a Christmas gift. So we picked a date, came up with coordinated outfits and Dustin took various pictures of the kiddos.
The Holidays of 2013 - Halloween
2013 we were able to enjoy all of the holidays with Everett for the first time. We had his first trick or treat, his first Thanksgiving, first Christmas and New Year's. First up was Halloween. Everett's first Halloween costume was a little gnome. Being that he was
only two and half months old we knew he would never wear his costume
again so we didn't want to put out a lot of money for it. We chose this
because it was different, cute and a very inexpensive DIY costume. We used a flannel shirt and pants he already had and felt, a pipe cleaner and a talented dad created the rest.
